A LIFETIME OF CHIROPRACTIC KNOWLEDGE
I have been a chiropractor for over 40 years and I was raised by a chiropractor so essentially, I have known and lived a chiropractic lifestyle my entire life. It is my ongoing mission to help as many people as possible to have the best health they can imagine through spinal-nerve alignment, lifestyle modifications and wellness coaching. Better health through better living means you must have a plan to achieve short-term or long-term success. I believe in consistency, prevention and wellness care through chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, and wellness care.
I understand that pain and disability can leave a person without hope for the future, uncertain about the ability to work and function completely in the activities of daily living. I have experienced countless examples of chiropractic care restoring hope, confidence, freedom from pain and greater functional ability. I use a variety of chiropractic techniques that emphasize a non-traumatic, non-forceful approach for human health care. I believe that gentle chiropractic care helps restore nervous system function, helps to heal sore muscles and damaged ligaments, and ensures rapid and complete recovery after an accident.
